During the course, we had to come up with a development plan for historically essential Hammar Sähkö. The current facilities were confusing and cramped, and not all facilities had been taken into use. So I moved the current store into the premises of the old warehouse, while improving the office space plan, as the warehouse is located on the side of the office building. The old store could be rented for external purposes. I also made window openings on to the wall to the north, increasing the attractiveness of the store as light penetrates out towards the incoming traffic.
